The central principle of my practice is that all human-beings at their core are innately wise, healthy, and compassionate beings.
As your therapist, I will guide you in exploring any ongoing challenging patterns and sources of emotional pain that detract you from living the life you desire. In our work together, I will support you in developing skills and ways of thinking that increase your own awareness, self-compassion, and integration of mind and body. It is my philosophy that over time, as our therapeutic relationship strengthens, and increased trust and comfort occurs, a rediscovery of one’s own well-being and strength can emerge.
I specialize in working with millennial clients who want a more enjoyable, meaningful, & balanced life. Whether you want to heal your feelings of self-hatred & low self-esteem, negative relationships with your body & food, reoccurring anxieties, the transition into your professional life, and/or limited & unfulfilling interpersonal relationships, I can help. I also offer counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with disordered eating and painful personal relationships to one’s self-esteem, self-love, and body-image. Taking care of your mind and body is no small undertaking, and I am here to support you along the way. We will discuss how you want your life to look moving forward so that your recovery is rooted in your own goals and vision of health. I also provide family counseling services to those who feel their family life is being significantly impacted by their struggles and want a change.

About Me
My work as a therapist centers around guiding clients in their journey through self-awareness, emotional regulation, increased resilience, interpersonal communication, growth, and healing.
My own personal struggles and experiences with therapy, both at times when I’ve found it helpful and others when I’ve felt disappointed by it, led me to pursue a career as a mental health clinician. Over the past eight years, I have focused my undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate education, training, and licensure on attaining this goal and creating a sense of purpose around helping and relating to other people.
Though originally from the Chicago area, I’ve lived in Colorado since 2015 and have finally acclimated to the elevation. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, reading, playing with my dog, traveling, and spending time with friends.
